# Rewarding All Skills

Our carefully crafted token and challenge system provides unique incentives for both creators and consumers of content. Creators use videos of themselves performing their talent to challenge others with similar skills to a competition decided by community vote.

Users cast their vote using our VOTE token stablecoin which forms a reward pool that gets distributed to the creator of the winning video, while successful voters earn SKILL tokens. When certain conditions are met, the winning video gets minted as an NFT that can be used in our GM mode or sold on our Marketplace. When NFTs of winning videos are sold on our marketplace, voters that supported it to win get the chance to share in the success by earning royalties along with the creator. Users that successfully vote for the winner are also rewarded with our utility SKILL tokens which can be used to participate in Ambassador challenges, purchase exclusive content on our Marketplace, or stake them to earn even more rewards.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://allskills.gitbook.io/whitepaper/overview/rewarding-all-skills.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
